REGISTRATION RULES


1. Registration for the conference should be completed by 09th Nov 2024. Detailed Timeline details were available under the Submission page, kindly refer and abide to the dates.

2. B.Tech, B.E, B.C.A and B.Sc Students will be considered as UG Students.

3. M.Tech, M.S, M.E, M.C.A and M.Sc Students will be considered as PG Students.

4. Full Time / Part Time Ph.D Students will be considered as Research Scholars.

5. All the faculty members will be considered as Academicians.

6. At least one author must register and need to attend the conference to present the paper in person or virtual mode.

7. Certificate of presentation shall be issued only if the paper is presented either in person or through a virtual platform.


VIRTUAL PRESENTATION


1. ICIPDIMS-2024 to be held in a groundbreaking hybrid format, seamlessly blending in-person and virtual participation..

2. Amid prevailing conditions due to COVID19, a virtual meeting platform may be made available for all registered authors who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference. Authors may register and present their paper through the virtual platform.

3. Authors shall be sent a Certificate of Participation, Conference Proceedings link and relevant literature by mail.
